Vehicle RemovalAuthorization ends at the End Time. A 15-minute grace period is provided only to remove the vehicle. Advance reservations may be completed before final mover or vehicle information is known. These fields are optional.
Load Zone Conditions
Use is limited to active loading and unloading during the authorized reservation.
The vehicle may not block garage access, entrances, fire areas, pedestrians, neighboring spaces, or traffic.
The resident is responsible for communicating REN requirements to movers, drivers, helpers, guests, and invitees.
The driver is responsible for confirming vehicle clearance and providing a spotter when needed.
REN team members do not serve as vehicle spotters or direct vehicle movements.
Any contact with or damage to building property must be reported immediately.
A 15-minute grace period after the Authorized End Time is provided solely to remove the vehicle.
After the grace period, continued use is subject to an agreed extended-use charge of $25 per additional 30-minute increment or portion thereof, up to $100 per occurrence.
Damage responsibility: I understand that I may be responsible for actual documented repair costs for damage caused during load-zone use by me or persons acting on my behalf, to the extent permitted by the Lease Contract and applicable law.
Lease relationship and vehicle removal: This authorization supplements and does not replace the Lease Contract, Community Policies/Master Addendum, or Parking Addendum. A vehicle remaining in the load zone outside the authorized use may be treated as unauthorized or improperly parked and may be removed or towed only as permitted by the Lease, community policies, and applicable law. Nothing in this authorization waives a right or liability that cannot legally be waived.
